RETURNS (NON GUARANTEE)

Repairs cannot be processed without an official order. Estimates can be provided upon request, a proformer invoice will be forwarded if you do not have an account open. RETURNS (GUARANTEE CLAIMS)

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all our products that covers any faulty components or workmanship. Due to the nature of weighing locations we cannot be held responsible for neglect, misuse or environmental deteriorations of the products in question. DELIVERY CHARGES

We use Link Express for the UK and EIRE.
Indicators/balances: We charge £15 within the UK.
Platforms: We charge £50 within the UK.
For international customers we will use either Interlink Express where available, DHL or UPS, you will be notified of the costs of shipping. We can obviously accept your specific shipping organisation to collect the goods on your behalf.

I REQUIRE ONSITE ASSISTANCE

E.W.S. only provide on site assistance to companies within its locality. We are primarily a manufacturing organisation but can provide a calibration and repair service to any make of scale, Contact the office for further information. If you are located outside our local area we use a network of authorised dealers throughout the country. CREDIT TERMS OF ACCOUNT

Strictly 30days. Payment is via Cheque or BACS (account details can be forwarded upon request)

CAN I BECOME AN AUTHORISED DEALER?

E.W.S. distribute the manufactured products through a network of approved dealers. We will offer a discounted version of the RPL (retail price list) and provide all the necessary documentation and training. We are looking for European based companies to further promote our products, we can change colour schemes or add company names to facias to help individualism.
